Working for Walgreens means you need to go paperless. Walgreens employee intranet is for use by Walgreen Co., its subsidiaries and other authorized users. This site allows Walgreens employees access everything that needs to know about their work. You may not be allowed to access some information on the intranet at home unless you log in at work.
Walgreens Employee Intranet Instructions
Use your Authenticator ID and password to log in to employee.walgreens.com (Click the link in Reference Links at the bottom of this page to be redirected to the target page) and access company related information like the latest stock price, news and publications. Click “Password Maintenance” when you forget the password, or want to change password, set or change your security question.
This site allows employee access to pay stub. Click on the About Me section on the right and open the payroll link to view your pay stub. You will be required to enter your Personal Key again for secure reasons. This section also provides W2 form for downloading. Select Online W2 under Taxes and validate your Personal Key to gain access to the printable version of your online W2.
If you no longer work for Walgreens, you have 45 days from the day your employment ends to download your W2 form. After 45 days, you need to contact the manager at your former store, who can submit a request for you. You can also call the Payroll Department at 1-847-964-4363, M-F 8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Central Time, or email W2Taxing@walgreens.com with you questions.
You can view your work schedule and request days off on the intranet at work.
Walgreens employees can shop online and get your discount by visiting Walgreens.com Employee Discount site in the right navigation column and click on the “Shop Now” button to receive your account.
