The order checking process is easy and fast available for both signed in Staple’s customers and those who are not:
- Visit staples.com/orderstatus. Registered customers can choose “Order Statues – I am already logged in” to be redirected to Staple’s Order Center, log in to your account, and manage your account; or you can choose “Order Status – I have not yet logged in” to check your order status directly.
- Choose your preferred checking method. Staple’s Order Center offers two methods for customers to check their order status. You can choose either “By Order Number” or “UPS Package Tracking”. Simply enter the required information and click “SUBMIT” to view your order status online.
