As your benefits resources center, you need to have a browser that supports Resources.Hewitt.com/HomeDepot, Google Chrome 2.0 and above version, Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 and Firefox 3.6, 3.6 works online. There are two languages for you to choose, you can select English or Spanish as you prefer. Input your user ID and password and then log in.You can also view mobile site bellow.
If you ever logged in before and you already have a user ID and password, register as a New User on the Log In page. If you can’t remember them, return to the Log In page to access the I Forgot My User ID and/or I Forgot My Password links. If you have problems logging in, call the Benefits Choice Center at 1-800-555-4954 between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
When you create your password, you’ll have the opportunity to set up a hint that will help you remember it. For example, if your password is “orange,” your hint could be “citrus fruit.” If you forget your password, you hint will help you recall it. If you enter your current password correctly after you see the hint, you can keep the password and immediately access your benefits information.
To get quick access to the site when you’ve forgotten your password, you can answer 3 security questions that you chose previously. Your answers must match exactly with the answers you entered when you chose the questions. If you don’t set up security questions and answers and later forget your password, you can’t access your information through the site or the Benefits Choice Center until you request and receive a new password. If you don’t have an email address on file on this site, you must wait until you receive your password via postal mail.
