How to use ReliaCard

  1. For security reasons, ReliaCard will be mailed to you in a plain, white, window envelope with card instructions.  After receiving your card, you need to read the instructions carefully.
  2. Active your card. Call the number on the back of your card, and follow the instructions to activate the card and select your Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can’t use your card until it has been activated.
  3. You are required to enter your PIN to withdraw cash from ATM.
