Register For a TWC ID Instructions
To register, all you need is an email address, and your 4-digit customer code which can be found on your TWC bill. Once you are ready:
- Visit registration.timewarnercable.com (Click the link in Reference Links at the bottom of this page to be redirected to target page) and enter the email that you want to associate with your account. This is the email address where any newsletters, account information, and other email you subscribed will be sent. After pressing “Continue”, instructions to complete the process will be emailed to you. Once you receive the Email, you have 72 hours to complete your registration. Don’t worry if you missed this email, you can always start the process again.
- After opening the email, click on the verification link, a new window will open. Enter the zip code and phone number associated with your account and click on “Continue”. If you don’t know the phone number, or it is associated with several active accounts, you may be asked to provide your account number from your TWC bill. You will also be asked for your 4-digit customer code. If you don’t have it, you can click on “I’ll enter this later”.
- You will be asked to answer two security questions which will be TWC prompted to answer in the event you forget your password in the future. Click on “Complete My Registration” .
